1. Who I Am

This Website — muhammadjawad.dev — is the personal portfolio of Muhammad Jawad, a full-stack developer based in Pakistan. For anything related to your data on this site, I am the point of contact: jawad@muhammadjawad.dev.

2. Information You Provide Directly

The only personal information this Website collects directly is what you choose to send me through the contact form or by contacting me via email or WhatsApp. The contact form asks for:

• Your name and email address
• The type of service you're interested in
• Your approximate budget range and timeline
• Your project details / message

3. How Your Information Is Used

Information you submit is used for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and discussing your project. That's it.

• I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• I do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists.
• I do not share your details with third parties, except the service providers listed below that technically store the data.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Contact form submissions are stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a service operated by Google LLC. Google's servers may be located outside your country of residence, and the data is protected under Google's industry-standard security measures.

If you email me directly, our correspondence lives in my email provider's system like any normal email exchange.

5. Automatically Collected Information

This Website is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all hosting providers, Vercel may automatically log basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages — for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes. I do not use this data to identify visitors.

A small number of technology icons on this site are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Simple Icons CDN, jsDelivr, and Iconify). When your browser fetches those images, it sends those services a standard web request that includes your IP address — the same as loading any image on the internet. These requests are not used by me for tracking.

As of the date at the top of this page, this Website does not run any analytics or advertising trackers.

6. Cookies

This Website does not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. For details, see the separate Cookie Policy page.

7. Data Retention

Contact inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your message. If you'd like your submission deleted at any point, email me and I will remove it.

8. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, I extend the same rights to everyone who contacts me through this Website:

• Access — ask me what information I hold about you.
• Correction — ask me to fix anything inaccurate.
• Deletion — ask me to permanently delete your information.

9. Children's Privacy

This Website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information here, contact me and I will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

If I ever add analytics, new integrations, or anything else that changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised before those changes go live.
