During testing, Framer Motion animations were lagging on mobile devices, hurting the UX. Additionally, the client already had a Typeform subscription for backend logic, which I had to integrate smoothly.
To fix mobile performance, I replaced heavy Framer Motion logic with lightweight Custom CSS Animations. While it currently uses Typeform, I've proposed a Firebase migration in the future for better cost-efficiency and faster real-time data handling.
A digital hub for leadership modules. This project is a great example of performance-first development, where I prioritized mobile user experience over heavy libraries.
