Tourism sites require instant communication. The client needed a system where bookings are confirmed automatically and a way for users to ask questions instantly during their booking journey.
Engineering Solution
I built the frontend in React and the backend using Node.js/Express with MongoDB. For automated alerts, I integrated MailerSend. To fulfill the client's requirement for instant support, I integrated **Tawk.to Live Chat**, enabling real-time query resolution and lead capture directly from the landing page.
